Gather an inch of ginger root, grated, or chopped, add to one ½ cup of water in a pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Pour into a cup, squeeze ½ lemon into the cup, add one teaspoon of honey, stir and sip slowly and enjoy.
